Ms. Friedman assists Art Dula in areas of international law, legal and factual research, and legal and professional correspondence. Ms. Friedman has worked as a Legal Advisor for the Israeli Teachers’ Union, focusing on litigation, negotiation, and mediation. She has also practiced law in a private law firm, specializing in property law, civil law, and commercial litigation. She speaks, reads, and writes Hebrew, English, and Arabic. Licensed to practice in Israel, not licensed to practice in Texas.
Ms. Friedman serves as the empowered official on matters of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR), successfully championing the development of unique Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs) related to new commercial LEO and trans-lunar human space flight. Ms. Friedman has professional relationships with the US Departments of State (DOS) and Commerce (DOC) plus other regulatory functions both domestic and international and with legal entities from suppliers, customers and from NASA.
