Trademark, Copyright and Transaction Attorney

Shirazi Jaleel-Khan joined the Law office of Art Dula in 2008 and has more than 10 years of experience helping clients protect their intellectual property and enforce their patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret rights. Shirazi’s practice focusses on trademark and copyright strategy including prosecution, licensing policing, and use.

 

Shirazi, conducts trademark clearance searches, counsels clients in choosing a trademark and represents clients in  trademark and copyright registration matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and the U.S. Copyright Office. ​

In addition to trademark and copyright matters, Shirazi advises her clients in setting up tradesecret protection programs and manages her client’s US and international intellectual property portfolios.

Shirazi’s practice also includes negotiating license agreements and preparing intellectually property agreements for her clients. Most importantly, Shirazi endeavors to provide individualized client counseling catering to the client’s needs, industry and budget.
